I graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health.

I aspire to use my talents, passions, and expertise to help adults and children acquire self-awareness and find holistic healing of the body, mind, and soul. The difficulties we face inspired me to pursue a career in mental health. Whether it is dealing with a divorce, parenting as a single parent, doubting your career, discovering the dynamics of marriage, or attempting to navigate the unwritten norms of a blended family, I have direct knowledge of the hardships that life brings. My greatest objective is to assist others suffering adversity feel empowered and capable of overcoming it.

I have devoted 11 years in working with children and adults as a Registered Behavioral Technician. Now as a Licensed Mental health Counselor, I assist clients in reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, Trauma, PTSD, postpartum anxiety, prenatal depression, menopause symptoms, suicide preventions, common childhood behavioral problems, by encouraging the development of new skills.

What motivates me in my occupation is the opportunity to observe the accomplishments that was previously difficult for my client to achieve. I am compelled in helping individuals reach their full potential by educating, engaging, equipping, encouraging and empowering individuals to realize their greatest potential.

I am a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Spanish specializing in trauma intervention, behavioral modification, career counseling, interpersonal skills, emotional regulation, parenting skills training, crisis and early intervention.

My Approach To Therapy

I offer my clients a safe, nonjudgmental environment in which they can freely express their deepest thoughts, gain a sense of belonging, and learn techniques and skills that will assist them in overcoming life's obstacles. In order to improve your quality of life and find a meaningful purpose, I will take a client-centered approach, giving you the one-on-one undivided time you require to feel heard and understood.
